Empowering the boy child. We recognize that empowering one gender must be synonymous with stifling the other. Therefore the boy child as every child must face adversity in life because that is how they grow up. So what tools do they need to grow up? A sit down debate? Just a normal father son conversation? What about the life stages? Who is there in those moments?
Observation.
Continual observation of the changing trends and habits among the boy children and tracing the possible causes for these changes. This in turn helps us to comfortably approach the cause for which we are in existence; helping the boy child thrive.
Advocacy.
By reaching out to you at your doorsteps, in your inboxes, in your living rooms, and to all stakeholders because we all know that it takes a village to raise a child, we are advocating for the boy child the best way we know how. We believe that when we collect resources together, we will help a boy child reach their fullest potential.
Counseling.
We listen and give off time to the boy child. As we build trust, we know that we get them to talk and share their views and opinion. When we talk to them one on one, we know that they feel seen and important. This helps us to break the stereotype of boys must be martial and teaches them to be expressive.
Reduce dependency.

For every community to develop, we need our buys to reduce dependency on either parents or the government also helping to curb the habits that arise from unemployment and laziness. The Participation of the boy child in discussing matters concerning them opens them to think outside the box and aspire to be useful and productive in society.
Change AGENT.

Generally, we are a change agent. Helping improve behavioral decisions, creating channels of accountability and a sense of discipline among the boy children.
Human resource development.

Ensuring that our boys in the community are trained and skilled as well as organized to maximize the potential of the boy child both now and in the future is important for development.
Eradicating poverty by addressing and discussing issues such as unemployment, drug and substance abuse,
Championing the boy child to reach for the stars. Anything is possible if they are constantly reminded and given assurance and resources to achieve their dreams.
